We educate patients in the correct warm-up and training techniques, and the rights & wrongs of stretching.
Our practitioners are experts at assessing the body as a whole, and finding ‘weak points’ that may contribute to injury.

We offer comprehensive musculoskeletal screening for sport, and have various ways of examining and measuring body control and function. We have up-to-date prevention programmes which have been researched and validated, helping athletes of all ages to remain fit and injury-free. We also educate our patients in the correct warm-up and training techniques, and the right’s & wrong’s of stretching.

There are many variables that affect one’s risk of injury. Some of these are preventable or modifiable. Factors that lead to higher risk include:

  • Hypermobility

  • Hypomobility

  • Excessive tension or stiffness

  • Previous injury

  • Faulty biomechanics

  • Females versus males
